Return Policy


At Jump Supply, we strive to deliver our customers with an exceptional shopping experience.  By offering the highest quality products at modest prices, we work to ensure our customers are satisfied with each transaction.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may make a return request to our customer service department.  To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, in the original packaging.  In most cases, no restocking fee will be charged.  All returns are subject to approval.  Jump Supply does not pay for return postage unless product was defective or damaged upon arrival, in which a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request must be filed within 7 days of receiving the product.  A product exchange is considered a return, and after return approval is given a new order should be placed.  All RMA requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.  Shipping costs are not refundable.  If a refund is to be issued, you will receive the credit refund on the original method of payment minus the initial shipping cost.  Special Order and made to order items are not eligible for a return, often times including fixtures.


Shipping Errors

Jump Supply uses a redundant shipping verification system to ensure the accuracy of orders being sent is the intended product.  If a customer receives the incorrect product due to a shipping error or unfitting website information, Jump Supply will replace the product with no additional charges and a shipping label will be provided for the original shipment.  The original product is to be returned within 30 days to avoid any charges.


Manufacturer’s Warranty

Most products (the majority of LED fixtures, ballasts, drivers, lamps) carried by Jump Supply come with a manufacturer’s warranty (for a product to be Design Lights Consortium (DLC) qualified, it is required to carry a minimum of a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty).  If a product is defective upon arrival, notify Jump Supply immediately to handle a warranty claim.  After 7 days, the customer becomes responsible for the shipping costs of a replacement.  Information on the products manufacturer’s warranty can be found on the manufacture’s website, although Jump Supply stands behind the products we sell and will assist customers in the return process.  If you have any concerns or further questions about a specific product’s warranty, contacts us at, call us at 513-675-0761 or live chat one of our knowledgeable representatives standing by 24/7.


Jump Supply Supplemental Warranty

All products sold on Jump Supply that do not carry a stated manufacture warranty, come with a 30-day supplemental warranty from Jump Supply.  This warranty covers the product failing to function as it was originally intended to function only, and does not cover returns in any way.  All warranties are handled on a case-by-case basis, and Jump Supply will work hard to ensure customers are satisfied with each purchase.
